Only 2 weekends left 😔 the summer has flown by and we are so grateful for all the support you've given us since we opened earlier this year! We're going to take some down time and work on exciting plans for 2025.

2 weekends left to treat yourself to coffee and cake and 2 Sundays left of hotdogs. We're open Saturday and Sunday from 10am - 3.30pm and will close down the hatch for the winter on Sunday 8th September.

Hotdog Sunday is coming to the lakes! Serving from 11am - 3pm (last orders 3pm) every Sunday for the summer ☀️

BBQ'd sausages on a lightly toasted sourdough ciabatta roll with ballymaloe relish, homemade pickled cucumber (trust us it's good) and mayo, ketchup & mustard toppings 👌

It's been a whirlwind few weeks since opening, but we just wanted to take a moment to thank each and every one of you who has taken the time out of your weekend to come and support us! The last few weeks have been such a joy to meet a wonderful bunch of people, some of whom we're delighted to see are becoming regulars! We're incredibly grateful and don't take a second of this journey for granted. Thank You 💕☕️

Introducing Wexfords newest coffee spot☕️. After a successful opening last weekend, we would like to spread the word that we will be open every weekend throughout the summer at Loch Mahon fishing lakes in Adamstown. With great coffee, lots of home made treats and the best local strawberries 🍓 we have something for everyone, not to mention the stunning views. We even have some covered picnic pods for those not so sunny days. ⛅️
Fishing also available for all the family. We really appreciate the support so far and look forward to seeing some new faces.

From the first conversation with Stephen, we knew were the ones we wanted to work with. A sister company of we knew we were onto a winner with taste but we hit the jackpot with the team we get to work with aswell!

We'll have a lovely single origin, seasonal Columbian bean on bar from the 5th May.......Trust us, you're gonna want to taste this one 😋

Anyone familiar with Wexford town knows Westgate Design is a staple on the main street, what you may not know is that it has some amazing people at the helm.......Leonard in particular!

A chance conversation led to us spending the evening in the kitchen of Westgate Design last Friday! A massive thank you to Leonard for giving up his time, energy and guidance to help us starting out on this journey. We've met some great people since we started this process but you top them all with your generosity! We are beyond grateful and you've given us a renewed sense of motivation for what's to come!
