Thank you for every customer that entered our doors over the weekend. 🙏 It is so lovely to hear stories from our customers who have specifically put our coffee shop on there to do list to visit. I have always wanted to set up my own coffee shop so for this to actually be a reality ( need to pinch myself sometimes), I am truly blessed and lucky 🌸.

It’s not easy running a business but hearing these stores from customers travelling across the sea to visit this small coffee shop in Galway makes all the decision to here worth it.

Just also want to thank our wonderful staff who kill it as always🌸🌸 The shop can be quite intense with how busy it gets and those Lanzarote temperatures🥵 but they pull through it with a constant smile on their faces and they are always ensuring the customer has a wonderful experience.

So thank you…thank you …thank you 🌸🌸💕💕

This is an extra special release from the Gutierrez family at Monteverde farm.

Bailies Coffee Roasters had worked with Monteverde back in 2017, having the opportunity to roast their Mokka varietal that was taken to competition during that year which led to incredible levels of success.

This year marks a very special time in relationship with Monteverde as this will be the 1st year they were able to work with the farm directly to bring you this incredible special microlot.

Expect flavour notes of orange 🍊 liqueur, banana 🍌& lime.🍋‍🟩

This coffee is packaged so elegantly by and we only have a very few available. Only available in-store until stock lasts.

Have you tried our new guest espresso yet? It a beautiful natural Brazilian from with flavour notes of raisin, chocolate & yougurt covered strawberry.

This washed Mexican coffee has landed in time for the weekend.

This coffee has been given the name ‘Tejao’ by the indigenous peoples of the Mazateca mountain range. ‘Tejao’ means ‘Eagles Nest’ in native Mazateco & also refers to ‘12’- the number of people to first settle in the area that became town of Huautla in Oaxaca. Coffee production in this area is approached with indigenous ancestory in mind; free from chemicals & growing amongst other crops & trees. The exporters, Ensembles, purchase coffee directly from smallholders & provides them with direct feedback & technical assistance in the field.
