I am a qualified hypnotherapist and mind coach. My interest in hypnotherapy stemmed from my own past experience of suffering terribly with anxiety and after spending many years trying different therapies I eventually happened on hypnotherapy and have never looked back. I found hypnotherapy to be a more gentle approach than some of the other therapies which allowed me to be able to process and work through my anxiety and other issues so much easier. From the very first session I could feel a shift, my confidence grew, I was able to cope better with tough situations, my mind was clearer and my life has changed so much for the better.

I know firsthand the amazing benefits of hypnotherapy. So I am passionate and dedicated in helping my clients achieve the changes they want so they can live the life they desire.
