Exciting News – CU ATM Services

In keeping with our goal of being the first choice provider of financial services to our Members and wider community, we are delighted to announce the opening of our new ATM Service. We expect this service to provide our Members and wider community alike the convenience of accessing cash 24/7. The ATM Machine is located at the front of our offices in Kilcock and will accept all debit and credit that have a cash withdrawal facility. The provision of this service represents another step towards our plans to provide Current Account and Debit Card Services, which we expect to be launching very soon.

We are delighted to announce that we have issued over €1,000,000 in loans to our members for the month of May. All the team here at would like to extend our thanks to you our Members, for your continued loyalty and support in making this possible!

ONLINE BANKING OUTAGE MAY 14TH
We are aware that Members may have experienced difficulty accessing their online accounts on Tuesday 14th May for approximately one hour between 12.30pm and 1.30pm. Our IT partner is investigating the reason for the outage and it is understood it affected a number of networks across Europe which are supported by Microsoft Azure. We are very aware of how important it is that our Members have 24/7 online access to their accounts and have an expectation that our IT Partner will provide a full explanation regarding the outage and assure us that whatever steps are required to ensure a similar outage does not occur in the future, have been or will be taken. We apologise for any inconvenience the outage may have caused our Members.

The Kilcloon Community Centre Committee has been successful in its application to the Department of Rural and Community Development’s Community Centres Investment Fund to seek funding for an important housing development project. Minister Heather Humpries has announced that €1.9 million has been granted to the project. At Kilcloon Credit Union we were delighted to hear of this funding award and we congratulate Kilcloon Community Centre Committee on its excellent and important work. We are proud to have provided some financial support toward the development and are excited to see its completion. We wish Kilcloon Community Centre all the best as they continue to work on this, and other, projects.
