Great little tip by the wonderful Anna o donoghue
The clocks are going forward tonight
I loved working this night on night duty in my nursing role !,
But babies and toddlers will not know about the clock!
Brighter evenings and yes your baby and toddler won’t want to see their cot.
When the clocks move, I suggest you change bedtime routine approx 10 minutes every night until back in your bedtime routine.
Blackout blinds and darkened rooms sometimes work great .
Keeping the routine your baby is used to, and that works for you is possible by moving time slowly over a week.
And some families have no clock watching so baby or toddlers blend into new time zone over time .
