All set up and ready to go for week 5. You don't need to use all the fancy equipment you can get your hands on to get results. Doing the simple things correctly is much better than trying to look fancy for the sake of it

All set up and ready to go.

Update on classes. The classes will be held in the multipurpose room in the centre (left of reception). Don't worry, we won't be doing endless planks and sit ups, to train the core dynamically we will use a wide variety of equipment and training styles to ensure that we make the most of the 10 weeks. Message me now to book your spot (every Tuesday from 6-7, starting from the 10th of October) only 15 spaces available. €10 per class or €85 to prebook your spot in all 10.
