The Well Institute
The Well Institute is dedicated to helping people identify the resources which help them to calm their nervous system.
Learning to live life from a calmer and more grounded footing is the vital underpinning to living well and meeting our potential.
4 years ago to the day I walked a stage of the Via Francigena between Lucca and Sienna. I didn’t realise at the time that I had metastatic colon cancer but it made itself known during the walk. That walk was the beginning of a challenging journey but as a result I learned to find wellness even in illness, joy in the darker times and to appreciate the healing power of love.
Today I began the same walk to honour a promise I made to myself. But this walk is really in honour of my friends and family members who are currently on the cancer journey. Each km I walk I do so with and for you all and hope that you will too find wellness despite the illness and joy in the darker days. I am remembering you all and dedicating this journey to you ❤️. Go well 🥰
