Let me remind you, our ethos here at Aoife McGill Personal Training is to achieve real, sustainable results.
If you want to get healthier, decrease body fat, improve fitness and increase confidence, while getting sustainable results by learning methods of how to maintain them, in a realistic time frame just in time for Christmas 2024, then this programme is for you.
🌟 What is it?
Over 10 weeks, I will provide professional guidance to help you reach your goals through this tailored programme, which is a combination of strength training & high intensity workouts.
Participants must commit to two gym sessions per week, at 7.30pm on Tuesday & Thursdays.
This plan is particularly for you if :
🎄 You are a beginner, or feel you've lost your way a bit.
🎄 Anxious about getting started.
🎄 Want to shift stubborn pounds.
🎄 Simply looking to improve current state of health & fitness.

▪️Most importantly, candidates must be fully qualified, holding EQF level 3 or equivalent.
