Cliff's of Moher - oil painting.

The Atlantic is far away but always present. The sea disappears into the sky.

This painting was done in remembrance of my Da, who loved the Atlantic. He also loved music and would often be found playing on the steps up to O'Brien's Tower on The Cliffs of Moher. For me, I imagine I can still hear the crisp and fast notes of his mandola on the bitter sweet wind that is always on the cliffs.

This is my 3rd year going Incognito for Jack & Jill Children's foundation :-)

My 3 paintings are sent in, and will be for sale in April. Keep an eye out.
