This week our ᴄᴏꜰꜰᴇᴇ ᴏꜰ ᴛʜᴇ ᴡᴇᴇᴋ comes from Matt, George and the guys from 🤌

This Brazilian is a natural yellow bourbon! The bean is from the Carmo da Cachoeira
west-of Rio de Janeiro, owned by the Reis family whose main purpose is to provide the highest
quality of beans with sustainability to the forefront.

It has tasting of notes of strawberry, caramel and creamy dark chocolate and is available on the bar from this week 😍

As the first Irish public holiday named after a woman, St Brigid’s Day provides a unique opportunity to acknowledge the role that women have played in Irish history, culture and society this week we have chosen an all female produced Colombian from the region of Cacua.

This washed bean offer a sweet mouthfeel with a juicy finish.

Whether enjoyed as a frothy coffee or an espresso, this bean from will not disappoint!
