Have you seen such growing lashes ?

When we say full set should be all of the lashes ,means all...but in the rows that they all create a nice even line....leave these lashes above your line otherwise they will stick out and ruin your hard work of even lash line ❤
Tip☝️
If you can't see from the top where you sitting,use "dental mirror " and check from the bottom ,any sticking out lashes your client will see exactly like in the mirror 🥰🤗

Problem with the glue?

When you're choosing your adhesive always check description mainly regarding the temperature and humidity that the glue achieve its best speed ☝️
♡ If in your lash room the humidity is too high - you can reduce it by dehumidifier otherwise it can work too slow;
♡If its too hot 🔥 your glue will dry out before you apply extensions on the natural eyelash;
♡control that by weather reader like one on the picture
♡remember to take enough amount of glue (tiny visible dot) that will be enough to hold for few weeks
♡try to control your work speed , if the glue says 1-2 sec speed you should apply your lash extension in that time or sooner ☺
♡For a better retention always prepare properly natural lashes such as washing them ,remove all skin oils and make up build up 🤗
Everything needs practice and experience, and all that comes with work. We all where there starting the same way,learning by mistakes! That's the process to get better🥰 I hope it helped you some way !♡

I usually (not always) start from inner and outer corner as it takes the most of the time to fill out for me 😚share with me your way 🤗👇

Girls ! If you worried about time of your work, don't even think that you are too slow as everything needs practice !practice brings speed... and in eyelash work we need to be very precise = don't rush and stay focused on quality 🥰
If you hear getting a full set in 1 hour = bad bad job ! And I'm glad my clients learned that already 😊 so head up and keep up practice 🙌 😌btw this set took me 5 hours 😅 (I know !)

There are many factors regarding a good retention . Starting from clients taking care of the lashes after application, ending on lash stylist skills.

LASH ATTACHMENT is a main secret 🤫

Base of eyelash extensions deeped in the glue MUST be fitted to the NL (natural lash). As you see on the picture ,"base part" is fully attached. Any lash shouldn't stick out at any point,on the side poking clients eyelid, or on the bottom- like letter C - attached mostly but not at the very end.
If this has happened to you , you might consider working on less curly lashes,as they might be sometimes tricky. If you are only begginer -start with less curly lashes and increase with your progress. But with practice everything comes easier after all. Even DD curls 😆
