Recently we completed work on this property which had received a lack of care over the last couple of years. To add a new lease of life to the property we done the following:
🔺Brought down the trees using the Tree Shears and removed the roots after.
🔺Scraped away aggregates which had been added to the driveway over numerous years down to original hardcore.
🔺Added new hardcore to level.
🔺Removed overgrown shrubs from back lawn.
🔺Filled hollow in front lawn and spread topsoil.
🔺Finished Driveway with 20mm Chip.

We recently completed works in Knocklong, County Limerick. The percolation had failed which was causing the sewerage system to block up. On inspection, it was discovered the septic tank was an old block tank. The ground was of poor quality. To amend the situation the following steps were taken:
🔺Septic tank was removed and correctly disposed of.
🔺New Access junction installed.
🔺Domestic wastewater treatment system installed which consisted of Tricel Novo IE 6 pumped outlet to an TER 3 Tertiary Treatment system.
🔺Topsoil spread, ready for the landscaper.

We recently completed works at a local garage in which a new workshop and storage units were built to replace the old garage. It was vital that the old structure stayed in place so the garage could continue in business as normal until the new workshop was ready for work.
The works consisted of the following:
🔺Strip Foundation
🔺Finished Floors
🔺Wash Area
🔺Removal of Roof
🔺Demolition and removal of old structure
🔺New yard with storm water drainage system put in place.

Walls recently completed on a project in county Limerick. Steelwork completed by JMC Fabrication.

- Septic tank was removed and correctly disposed of.
- Domestic wastewater treatment system installed which consisted of Tricel Novo IE 6 pumped outlet to an Earth Polishing Filter.
- Topsoil spread, ready for the landscaper
