Time for You - A Free Wellbeing Series of Talks and Events for Community-based Learners
Huge thanks to Susan Quan-Psychologist for facilitating the first in our "Time for You" Series. Susan spoke on Practicing Good Self-care and guided us through 3 steps to good self-care

A big shout out also to Beth -HSE Health Promotion Officer, Adrian-Family Support Coordinator, Moyross, Padraigh & Tara Sports Officers with Limerick Sports Partnership and to Tony and all the team at Moyross Community Hub for the great facilities and hospitality. It was great to see so many adult learners and coordinators from courses and agencies across the city participating.
