This versatile shiny lycra circular skirt with elasticated waistband makes a perfect skirt for any Irish dancer or a first Feis costume. Also suitable for blackout feisanna.
The waistband is elasticated for a secure fit and can stretch a little to ensure a nice fitting.
The waist band is embellished with high quality AB glass crystals (1/2 of the waist).
