Extensive research has shown that MBSR is beneficial to patients with medical conditions (including chronic illness and pain, high blood pressure, cancer, vascular and respiratory disorders and many others), psychological distress (including anxiety, panic, depression, fatigue, and sleep disturbances) as well as in preventative medicine and wellness programs. Life Imagined offers the 8 weeks of individual MBSR sessions, which are normally 60 euro per session for the reduced rate of 450 euro (payable in a managed way to suit you, weekly, 2 halves or in full) when you commit to the 8 program.
