Important Pension Updates for 2025
From January 1st, 2025, new limits on employer contributions to PRSAs will come into effect. Employers will only be able to contribute up to 100% of an employee’s salary to their PRSA. Additionally, the pension fund threshold is set to rise to €2.8 million by 2029, with a €200,000 annual increase starting in 2026.
