🍕 Pizza &Payroll Headaches?

The "Domino's Judgement" in Ireland is putting a spotlight on employee classification for taxes. Consider the following aspects to accurately classify employees:

1. The Work/Wage Bargain: employees have a more predictable and stable salary, unlike contractors whose income fluctuates.
2. Personal service: the more restrictions are applied to the person during the work relationship, the more likely the person is to be eligible for the role of the employee.
3. Legal considerations: evaluates the “entire factual matrix of engagement” – whether it resembles employment or independent contractor relationships.
