The most important thing about landing a job is to ensure that you are fully prepared for the interview. By preparing, you will feel much more in control.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 – check the company website and their products. Look at your interviewer’s profile on LinkedIn!

𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭 - ask in advance who will be in attendance and what the format of the interview will be. Most interviews are competency-based which means the interviewer will be looking for specific examples from you. For example, “tell me about a time when….”.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜 - make sure you fully understand the duties of the role and what’s expected. By reading the job spec you can start to anticipate the questions the interviewer may ask.

𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 - at the end of the interview, the interviewer is likely to ask if you have any questions for them. If you, haven’t it could make it look like you haven’t prepared or worse that you’re not interested.

Our multinational client is currently seeking an experienced 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 for an initial 𝟔-𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭 role within the financial services sector in the mid-west.

The daily rate would be around €500 per day.

The successful candidate will fully manage the entire project lifecycle of a number of complex projects within the New Business Launch & Digital Services product from inception to delivery.

We are looking for:
✔ 5+ years proven experience managing complex IT projects to completion in the Financial Services industry
✔ Proven experience delivering projects across different streams (cross-functional/international teams) including business change and application development projects, on time and on budget meeting business needs.
✔ Strong project financial management skills.
✔ Broad understanding of systems architecture and development lifecycles.
✔ Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.

We have an amazing opportunity in a 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭-𝐮𝐩 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐲 located in the heart of 𝐋𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐤 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲.

This will be an 𝐞𝐱𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐥𝐝 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭-𝐮𝐩 𝐞𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, creating real-time, patient tracking systems that drive hospital efficiencies, resulting in excellent care throughout the entire patient journey.

We are looking for a candidate with:
👌 Strong skills in Front-End technologies such as JavaScript, Node.js, or Typescript
👍 4-5 years of relevant experience
😍 Thorough understanding and experience with database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL (PostgreSQL & MongoDB)
😁 React JS (Apollo)
🤞 Some experience of TDD
😊 A high degree of experience in Linux based operating systems
✔GIT Knowledge and experience
🤗 Python skills a bonus
😉 Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies (AWS)

🟢 The role is based on-site in Cork servicing the needs of a large US Health Insurance client.

🔵 The successful candidate for this role will have a minimum of 4 years commercial experience.

🟣 Skills: visualization platforms such as 𝐓𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐮, advanced working 𝐒𝐐𝐋 knowledge, working knowledge of 𝐎𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐥𝐞, experience working with 𝐄𝐓𝐋 𝐭𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐬 and Data Warehousing platforms such as 𝐒𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐟𝐥𝐚𝐤𝐞 and experience performing root cause analysis
