Help us here in Glin Pharmacy raise some well needed funds for The Donkey Sanctuary, Ireland . The sanctuary has been shut since March which hasn't given them much hope for fundraising this year.

Again we have Hampers to Raffle kindly donated by our suppliers.

Boys and girls (adults too) Glin Community News will be going LIVE this Thursday at 6pm with "LOCK DOWN BAKING with Jackie"
Jackie O'Sullivan will star in her own kitchen, baking the best DOUBLE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES in the Munster region. To join in on this BAKE-ALONG you will need:
Clean hands 🤲
100g real butter at room temperature, 150g margarine at room temperature, 150g caster sugar,
40g coco powder,
300g plain flour,
Half teaspoon bicarbonate of soda (bread soda),
1 teaspoon baking powder,
100g chocolate chips (optional)
Equipment and tools 🍵
Large baking sheet, lined with baking paper. Food processor, largeish bowl and an ice cream scoop (optional).
Oven switched on to 170oC and ready to go !!!!!
