Before, during, after 👌🏻

Customer required a remodel of the main bathroom, to allow for easier accessibility for showering, the bath was no longer suitable and the bathroom was in need of a freshen up

We began by stripping it out, and removing the unsightly boxing around the room

Next we installed a new stud partition wall to enable us to fit an LED lit pidgeon hole in the shower

The toilet was slightly off centre to the window in original piping so that needed to be sorted out for OCD reasons, Comfort Height back to wall toilet fitted

New stylish vertical radiator in complimenting colour and some nice bathroom fixtures including an LED mirror to compliment the vanity unit, plus some spotlights in the ceiling to add some nice lighting.

Floor removal and new pipework for a wet room 1400x900 shower area for accessibility and comfort was the key, a lovely Aqualla Luca Drench rain head shower installed.

Bathroom tiled out and wired up and we second fixed it with a Salamander 3bar brass body shower pump to nice add pressure to the rain head shower.

A lovely, clean and classic look bathroom with a modern twist resulting in a happy client!

In this case, a thousand beads of sweat!? 🔥

As part of a multi upgrade to this home in West Limerick, where we removed an oil fired range, replacing with a Grant Vortex High Efficiency Oil Boiler, with Optimum App Enabled Smart Controls, and moved the hot press into the attic for extra space, we also tackled the main bathroom 💪🏻

Full bathroom ripout, redesign and a big first fix, wall knocked, some waterproofing and slabbing, and a lot of floor digging and concreting, enabled us to achieve the customers approved design 😍

With the assistance of our electrician, we designed pigeon holes with mood lighting, LED mirror with Demisting functionality and underside lighting to the floating vanity unit, as well as a new ceiling spotlight layout, all in cool white colouring 💡

What had become a dated design and style of bathroom for the full workover to bring it into ultra modern times

Powerflushing 🔥

This week we took delivery of a Kamco CF40 Powerflushing Machine with Kamco’s Twin Split CombiMag from the ever brilliant Heating Engineer Supplies Ltd and today we put it through its paces, the results speak for themselves bringing this heating system back to life!

The system was very sludgy and the radiators not performing to their potential so we attacked it this morning and got to work!

A recently purchased home required an updated Main bathroom with a bit of a reshuffle to include a bath for the little guy of the house!

We moved the toilet under the window, dug out the floors to run new pipework and to enable us to convert the floor to a wetroom and transfer the radiator into a modern vertical style.

Askeaton, County Limerick was the destination for this project, for fantastic customers who made us feel right at home!

They needed to renovate the bathroom, modernise it and add a little more accessibility, and that’s just what we did 👍🏻

Started this Monday morning, where we ripped everything out, adjusted the plumbing, stripped the tiles etc and stood a small partition to take the shower screen and widen that area slightly for a tray versus a bath, we had it ready for the tiler that evening.

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - tiler was hard at work to hand it over to us this morning

Second fix install completed today, new slimline light, LED mirror, vanity unit, back to wall toilet and an accessible, walk in shower with shower seat and grab rail, solid glass panel to enclose.

5 day turnaround, customer happy, job done 🔥

Our first 2 houses first fixed today on a site of 12 houses in total in Knocklong, County Limerick.

Emergency call out today, customer had just gotten their tank refilled when it split down the sides under the weight.

We attended with a dummy oil tank on our trailer and our kerosene pump, removed all oil and replaced the tank and concrete lintels to fit.

Refilled the new tank and ensured the boiler was working before leaving site.

Very useful bit of kit this for telling where issues lie and to identify pipe runs under floors.

The work is throughout Limerick county, city and surrounds, will need to be in Newcastle West for collection in the mornings and will be dropped at same.

Candidates must keep excellent timekeeping, have a good attitude and be willing to work and learn as part of a team under direction of others.

Accepted candidate will have to undergo a 2 month trial basis before being registered with Solas.
