Naas Nin-Jitsu Club

Class tomorrow morning (Saturday) will be in Monread Park from 11:00am to 12:00. Weather permitting.

The plan tomorrow, after warm-up and stretching, is to use the kick shields to perfect our basic kicks before we move on to the spinning kicks, and using basic kick combinations for sparring.

I will have a number of shields, but if any student wants to bring one of their own that would be great and class can be split into different groups.

You can't ask for anymore our First tournament was a massive success plan is to get more students involved for the next one in October.but first we have a big grading to focus on 6th of September there is alot of hard work will go in making shure everyone is ready and we will celebrate the clubs opening 30 years in naas that evening with a kids party. as a Sensei always trying to inprov the students and the cub we will keep working hard to make that happen thanks Sensei

The most patient student and the ones are disciplined and work hard in and out of class are the ones will make.it to the top so il say to every student work hard
