We then work with a local master butcher to mature and render the produce beautifully. All the processing is completed within 5 miles of the farm, meaning our product really supports our community. Soy cured egg yolk. With shin beef and Sushi Rice. You've got to try it!!
Separate the egg yolks into soy sauce for 2days in the fridge.
Make sure you have a top quality egg as you're leaving it raw. But if you like Umami...oh my God
Broc was busy! I'd say he'll be delighted to see the walking sauerkraut vats back too
