Showroom Sales Manager Wanted

The position is in a retail showroom in Tougher Business Park Naas Co Kildare.
This is a full-time position with Saturdays being mandatory.
We are looking for an honest and enthusiastic person to fit within the team dynamic.
We require previous experience in the retail management sector along with desktop proficiency.

Duties:
Greet and interact with customers to foster a positive environment
Wipe up spills, restock merchandise and perform daily cleaning tasks to ensure a safe and inviting shopping environment
Ensure showroom is kept to company visual standards
Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results
Maintain product knowledge
Monitor store and employee KPI’s
Develop sales staff
Marketing the company on social platforms
Analyzing variants on expenditure and initiating corrective actions
Ensures availability of merchandise and services by maintaining inventories
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
