Thank you for having me for the SER1 training in Ireland.

As an international student, travelling for this training I can heartfully say it was an amazing 4 days experience where I had the privilege to meet Maggie our instructor and Orla the Upledger Institute Ireland director as well as the beautiful team of peers and TAs and learn the SER1 techniques.

The whole class experience was beyond my expectations, the instructor Maggie, with her knowledge and wisdom has explained what seemed to be complex in easy ways, supported us a lot and I am now confident to apply the learning in my own practice. The highlights of the training for me were the Inner Wisdom work and the Avenue of Expression. I also appreciated the opportunity to revise and fundament better the Mouthwork protocol (an area which intimidates most junior therapists).

The TAs were amazing, I could feel them supporting us all through our healing and practice, the peers I worked with helped me through some of my personal challenges. I went back home much better than I left (and with a big smile on my face). The atmosphere of the enablement was extremely inclusive, I felt accepted, listened and most importantly supported. This has helped me both to learn easier as well as practice with more confidence. It was a great mix.

The venue selected for the training was Excellent, easy to reach and provided a lovely SPA which I thoroughly enjoyed. I used the opportunity to combine both the training and a SPA day to feel fully like I was on a wellness retreat.

His groundbreaking contributions to healthcare continue to inspire practitioners worldwide, and his legacy lives on through the thousands of healthcare professionals trained in CST.
