How do I book into group fitness classes you ask... Watch the video for how to do it and get training 💪 Steps to get started if you are new to the app 👇 * Search for "mywellness" in the Google Play or App store * Download the App - its Free of course * Create an account within there after downloading * Select Killashee as your facility and you are ready to book your classes Usual rules apply. You'll be able to book the classes from 2 hours in advance of each class start time. This app is a fantastic asset and gives you an hour and 15 minute reminder to attend the class you've booked into and has lots of other great features to enhance your training. Have you tried our Group Cycle classes? Group cycle classes are a fun way to get your exercise in and boost your fitness. During these sessions, you'll be using a stationary bike, with an instructor leading you through different speeds and resistance levels. We also play music to help motivate you through the workout.
