James here is our one and only pastry chef, who creates all those delicious sweet treats we adore after a sumptuous meal in the Dew! Busy everyday making breads for soups, salads and sambos, he has his work cut out for him, and I think we can agree, what a job he does! In his free time, he loves boats and teaches sailing in Dun Laoighre every weekend. He just acquired his Yachtmaster recently, and big congratulations on that from us all. But we would love a ❤️ from everyone for his hard work at those amazing desserts and breads you get to devour when dining with us! Well done James from all
