The last couple of months a whirlwind, the last few weeks 😢 have shook my life. As your sister and a Spiritual Healer I have to remind myself and everyone else it takes time to process such a great loss. Our family lost a branch 💔 though our roots remain strong, I know your passing was a peaceful and bright one. Many an Angel awaited you. As we all travel trough the next stage of our own journeys you will never be forgotten ❤️.

Reflexology what is it.
For me it's an ancient healing modality using the feet to release emotional and physical pain, whilst balancing your whole system. Spiritual and physical.
Research studies around the world indicate possible benefits of reflexology, particularly in reducing pain, enhancing relaxation, and reducing psychological symptoms, such as anxiety and depression.
It's much more than that, an energy healing on a spiritual level ✨️. While subtle and gentle in releasing and healing emotional traumas. It is an amazing treatment for the physical body in helping reduce pain and injury.
Reflexology is for all ages, treatments are for children, elderly, pregnancy, cancer care, mental health. Also relaxation if that's what your after.

My Spiritual Journey
“I first experienced Spiritual contact when I was a young girl, the memory is like a movie - I remember I was 12 and speaking to my granny at the funeral of my cousin, only my granny had died before I was born. After ignoring it for most of my life, which was until my Father got ill - I could not ignore it no more. His illness brought about the my healing gift faster than I ever anticipated or even wanted it happen. After his short illness i went on to study holistically - Reflexology being my first connection to energy healing in my adult life, followed by my love of colour and smell I trained as an Aromatherapist. During this course I found Reiki/Spiritual Healing and bang I was complete.... . I have since started making candles using the powerful energy of essential oils. My gift I use helping to ignite the passion and self healing in others is truly a spiritual blessing, allowing me to channel spiritual/energetic energy to help others in times of difficulty.
All that I ask is that you open your mind to new experiences and have the faith in your heart, allowing yourself to flourish into the person you always were and are willing to become.”....Karol
