Happiness is learning how to dance in the đ§
The connection between a Celebrant and a couple is so important. It has to be Real.
I was Blessed to work with the most wonderful couple Dean and Denise, who surprised me with this gorgeous bouquet after their ceremony!
Thank you for choosing me as your celebrant. It was a joy to work with you both. â¤ď¸
What a pleasure it was to be the celebrant for Denise and Dean, wishing you many happy healthy years together đ
All set up and ready for a beautiful wedding ceremony in the Anglers Rest, such a lovely couple and I'm delighted to be part of their day... more to come
Looking forward to conducting a wedding in The Anglers Rest, a fabulous location for a small to medium wedding đ [email protected]
Can you meet the joy, the ecstasy, the beauty of being alive â as well as the grief, the empty moments, the failures and betrayals you might encounter?
Itâs so easy to get caught up by what seems urgent and lose sight of whatâs important. Every now and then there is a time to review what really matters, and see if weâre living by honouring our own values.
Sounds like a good night, and for a worthwhile cause too

'Today I asked my body what she needed,
Which is a big deal
Considering my journey of
Not Really Asking That Much.
I thought she might need more water.
Or protein.
Or greens.
Or yoga.
Or supplements.
Or movement.
But as I stood in the shower
Reflecting on her stretch marks,
Her roundness where I would like flatness,
Her softness where I would like firmness,
All those conditioned wishes
That form a bundle of
Never-Quite-Right-Ness,
She whispered very gently:
Could you just love me like this?'

A gorgeous natural graveyard in Ireland www.greengraveyard.com
I'm looking forward to joining in Thursday 22nd of June in the Ardboyne Hotel. 7.30 to 9pm.
All welcome.
It promises to be a lovely evening of chat and forming of new friendships over tea and cake.
To date 90 Death Cafes have been held across Ireland and Navanâs death cafe will make it 91.
Thrilled to have been featured in the Meath Chronicle. Here's the link, if you'd like to read how I came to be a Celebrant and Spiritual Counsellor
âMy sadness and grief will always be with me but I decided to move forward by helping othersâ | Meath Chronicle A Navan woman has told of how losing her husband after a shock diagnosis inspired her to become a celebrant.
Never seen anything so daft!! Bring back the mohican even đąđ
I had my second chat with my June wedding couple this evening, creating something unique, just for them. It is such a pleasure!
It had me thinking about our own wedding back in 1996. Even then, I chose to be different, in my hat and riding-outfit wedding dress. Tewin Bury Farm, when civil weddings were just starting to evolve.
Give yourself the greatest gift of your life: live like you will die. Because you will.â
â˘â
What does that mean? It means making choices that reflect that you donât have forever to wait for people and dreams to come to you. You must move towards them. You canât spend your life reacting to the world and waiting for it to magically heal all your wounds and give you everything you want. You must. You must make choices that reflect that your time and your life matter. Eat great food. Exercise. Love the vessel you were given.â
â˘â
Pursue your passions and your gifts. Open your heart at every moment. And, most importantly, donât leave anything unloved, including yourself. â
How people treat you is never a personal attack on you, it's a reflection of what's happening inside of them.
When someone treats you badly, understand that this is their perception. You can never change another person.
You can however understand that you deserve better, wish them well, and walk away.
This does not mean be a door mat. Speak your truth without anger, but then know that the only change that will matter is their changed behavior, not the apology they may offer you.
(Letting go of people can bring pain, but it also can bring peace.-unknown)
You can love someone and still decide that you need space from them.
Not everyone deserves a regular or reoccurring role in your life story.
Itâs ok to set boundaries (spoken or unspoken) to protect your wellbeing.đ
