Salmon Darns marinated in teriaki and grilled indirect for 30 mins with a mild smoke, served with Asian Greens and Wholemeal Noodles.
Beef shortribs at the BBQ Shack. Marinated in a worchestershire paste, wrapped and slow cooked. Then smothered in house BBQ Sauce and grilled direct. Beefy goodness! π€€

Smoked Duck Spring Rolls at the BBQ Shack.π¦Duck breasts roasted and pulled, mixed with Hoisin sauce and wrapped with Spring Onion and Cucumber. Served with Sweet Chilli Sauce. π

Blackened Cajun Chicken Sandwiches at the BBQ Shack. π Chicken fillets coated with Blackening Spices then seared direct for a couple of mins to get the char on. β¨οΈ Then into a roasting bag for 30mis off the coals. Served in a Brioche Bun with a Lime and Mayo Slaw and Cucumber and Yoghurt Dressing. Flavours out of this world! π
Have you ever stood in front of the fridge wondering what to make? Solution? The "Contents Of The Fridge Toasted Sandwhich" Various meats, cheeses, veggies and sauces. Toasted on the grill and served with veg crisps (for the bit of health)! Only sutable for late night consumption! π π₯ͺπ₯ͺπ₯π
Had a few jobs to do in the garden today and lit the BBQ for a light lunch. Nice and simple. Garlic and lime Mini Lamb Tomahawks seared for 3 mins each side and 10 mins off the coals. Served with Sea Salted Beef Tomatoes and a sweet Balsamic Dressing. Tasty! π π
Wagu and Buffalo Burgers at the BBQ Shack. Had to try these burgers. Both currently available in . Wagu on the left and Buffalo on the right. They look the same but the taste is so different. Both equally delicious! π If you want to grill the Wagu, watch out for flair ups because of the high fat content! β¨οΈ

The origional BBQ Shack being decomissioned today. Many good times had and many MANY BBQs done! π
16oz Fillet Steak nice and easy at the BBQ Shack. Salt and pepper seasoning. Grill direct for 4 mins each side and then off the heat, covered, for 10 mins to medium.
Served with "Hot Star" Chilli Honey, fresh scallions, vine tomatos and Achill Sea Salt.

RIB Eye Steak at the......... I was going to say BBQ Shack but at the moment the shack is in transition! As you can see, in the backround, The BBQ Shack Bar and Grill is well under way! π Beautiful cut of Rib Eye nice and simple. Sea Salt and Pepper. Grilled 5 mins either side done to medium. Served with grilled vine Tomatos, Garden Salad with a Pomegranate Dressing. Tasty! π

Beef Madras at the BBQ Shack. Fillet steaks just seared for colour then tossed in Madras spices. Then chopped tomatos, diced onions, garlic, chillis, ginger and coconut milk are added. Simmer for 20 mins and finish with Garam Masala. Served with mini grilled Peshwari Naan Breads, Riata, Lime and Mango Chutney on the side. Beautiful BBQ Indian Fakeaway!
Sausage and Bean Cassulet at the BBQ Shack. Tomato and Stock base with Onions, Peppers, Gariic and White Wine. Then 4 types of sausage (paprika, cumberland, herb and Chorizo) seared for a couple.of minutes before adding to the Cassulet with a couple of Bay Leaves and mixed Beans then lightly smoked with Beechwood for 1 hour.
Potato skins with Soured Cream and Chives on the side. Fantastic Hearty Flavoursome French Dish (with a BBQS twist!) π π«π·
Hot Wings at the BBQ Shack! Wings dry marinated in Aromat, Sea Salt, Black Pepper, Smoked Paprika and Baking Soda. The baking soda gives a nice crispy skin! Grill indirect for 45 Mins with the BBQ lid on and Reverse sear skin side down for 2 mins.
Coat in Franks Hot Sauce with garlic, honey, ground black pepper and smoked paprika.
Mayo, Celery Sticks and Cobs on the side. Amazing! ππ
Steak! Just...... Steak.π₯© Sometimes simplicity is all that is needed. Good Rib Eye, Salt, Pepper. Thats it! Sear direct over hot coals, 2 mins each side, cook off the coals with lid closed for 10 mins to Medium. Few Airfried Chips on the side, Bit of Veg. Simples! ππ
Ultimate Asian Tuna Melt at the BBQ Shack! π
Soy marinated Tuna Steaks grilled on a Red Cedarwood Plank. Shredded and layered with Soy mustard Mayo, Spicy pepper Relish, Red Onion, Grilled Pak Choi in Teriyaki Glaze and Cheeeeze! π§π§π§ Melted and grilled direct either side!

Beautiful Rib Eye Steak at the BBQ Shack. Sourced from the Butchers in Avoca. Marinated in a Worcestershire Paste for 4 hours. Seared on each side for a couple of mins and smoked over Hickory wood and basted with Beef dripping for 10 mins. Finished with melted blue cheese and natural Honeycomb. Just wow! ππ
An amazing Pork and Panchetta Whiskey Burger at the BBQ Shack. Pork burger with finely chopped Panchetta lardons, Red Onion, Spring Onion and Jewels of Cranberry formed into patties and washed with Roe & Co Whiskey. Hickory smoked indirect and reverse seared. Formed into a double stack with White onion, Tomato and Roasted Pepper Relish. A little Shot on the side..... just to kepp the cold out! π

Platter at the Shack. Selection of goodies including Teriyaki Fillet Steak, Peppered Cumberland Sausage, Short Ribs, Smoked Black Pudding, Piri Piri Pork Bellies, Hotdog Sausage, BBQ Smoked Pulled Pork and Corn. Thats the starter sorted! π
Fillet Steak with a Hoisin Bacon Lattice at the BBQ Shack. Grilled seasoned fillet steak par cooked indirect @ 180Β° for 10 mins then wrapped in a Bacon Lattice. Smoked in beech wood indirect for a further 15 mins then reverse seared for 1 min each side to give a well done steak. Lastly basted with Housin Sauce before serving. Cow π wrapped in Pig π! Food heaven! π
Prawns 3 ways at the BBQ Shack, Cajun Spiced, Nandos Piri Piri and Spice Bag. All spicy πΆπΆ but each differing in flavour profile, all tender, juicy and succulant π Cooked indiret off the heat with a closed lid for 3 mins each side. Served with Sea Salt Wedges and Marie Rose Sauce on the side. Beautiful!! π
Light snack at the BBQ Shack. Garlic and Rosemary Camembert, lightly smoked with Crispy Bread Sticks for dipping and Worcestershire Beef Jerky to nibble on. Striploin steak thinly sliced and marinated in Worcestershire sauce. Drained, dried and slow cooked with a little whisky barrell smoke! So nice, going to give the Jerkey another go with Sweet Teriaki next time! ππ
Chimicurri Crust Rack of Lamb at the BBQ Shack. Grilled on indirect heat for 40 mins. Served on a bed of Wholegrain Mustard Mashed Potato, Fresh Pea Shoots and drizzled with a Red Wine Jus. Absolutely Delicious and nothing to be Sheepish about! ππ
Hot things going on at the BBQ Shack with the Shacks "S**t the Bed Burger". Two patties of Prime Hereford Beef seasoned and formed with BBQ Shack spices and Carolina Reaper Chillis πΆ

Pizza night at the BBQ Shack. Pulled out the pizza stone and cooked up some Pepperoni Pizza and Tuna & Black Olive Pizza. All made with fresh vine Tomatos for the sauce and fresh grated Mozzarella all on a thin crust. Bellissimo! π
Cheese and Onion Tayto Tomahawk at the BBQ Shack! Tomahawk Steak seasoned and dredged in Old Bay Flour mix, into an egg wash, back into the flour, egg wash again and coated in delicious crushed crispy cheese and onion Tayo Crisps. Smoked for 20 mins indirect. What a Beautiful crispy flavoured coating!π
