Here at murtagh meats we rare all our own beef all our beef is dry aged on the bone for least 4 weeks then b***d out in shop by Eamonn and myself and left ready for the counter

Not many butchers do full beef anymore which is a shame because it is much higher quality when beef is hung on the bone and matured lot more work in breaking and boning out full beef but its wroth it as they say no school like old school

Murtagh meats is in its 11th year and from day one we done full beef and will continue to do full beef
