The perfect crunch for your smoothie bowl? Beyond Greens Granola! 💚

Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
1⁄2 cup sunflower seeds, soaked
2 tbsp Udo's Choice Ultimate Oil Blend
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
2 scoop Udo's Choice Beyond greens
1⁄2 tbsp maple syrup
Lime zest, from 1 lime 1⁄2 tsp lime juice
1⁄2 tsp lemon juice
1⁄2 tsp white miso paste
1⁄4 tsp garlic powder
Black pepper, freshly grated, to taste Himalayan Pink salt, to taste

Method
Combine all ingredients, spread on lined baking tray and cook for 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 140°C
