We use a dedicated secure server to host our websites and transactional infrastructure and Salesforce stores all client data and communications. Our team are regularly trained and audited for data protection compliance, and we adopt an access protocol to ensure data is not shared or accessed by individuals that lack the correct authority. All confidential documentation is processed by a confidential waste company. All waste samples are also disposed of as medical waste and incinerated.

Environmental responsibility

All of our box packagings are now recyclable and uses plant-based ink. Our offices and labs use recycling of non-confidential waste, and we promote the use of energy-saving devices throughout the business. Our goal is to move to suppliers of essential services such as energy, waste disposal and consumables that are either carbon neutral or from renewable sources.
