What a day at the for the Women’s Artistic National Apparatus & Team Competition!

It was a great start to our competition weekend.

A big well done to our Level 3 Team Poppy, Rosa & Maya aswell as Level 4 individuals Jessica & Alina.

The girls handwork over the past few months really shined through at this competition and were super excited to be back again soon!

This summer, we’re adding an extra dash of excitement with taster sessions! During one rotation per day, campers will have the exciting opportunity to try out Trampolining!

Week 3: Campers will learn the basic fundamentals of trampolining, including jumping techniques, safety practices, and fun routines.

Have you signed up for this years MPGC Summer Camps?
This summer, we’re adding an extra dash of excitement with taster sessions of Parkour, Trampolining, Cheerleading, and Dance! During one rotation per day, campers will have the exciting opportunity to try out one of these new classes coming to MPGC next year!
Week 1: Campers will have one rotation of Dance for this week, focusing on learning and perfecting a single dance routine. This will enhance their rhythm, coordination, and artistic expression.

Week 2: Campers will have one rotation to try a circuit of Parkour, similar to our Ninja Class! The rotation will focus on basic parkour movements, obstacle course navigation, and incorporating dynamic skills into their gymnastics practice.

Week 3: Campers will have one rotation of Trampoline, learning the basic fundamentals of trampolining, including jumping techniques, safety practices, and fun routines.

Week 4: Campers will have one rotation of Cheerleading each day, where they will explore cheerleading basics such as stunts, tumbling, and dance routines as well as work on team-building skills.

Week 5: Campers will have one rotation of Olympic-themed activities each day, participating in mini-Olympic events.

Join us at for some fun filled playtime where your little crawlers up to age 4, can explore, tumble and laugh in a safe and stimulating environment! 🎉

💸 Only €7 per session!

Our tots play sessions are set up to encourage movement, creativity and socialisation, plus it’s a great opportunity for parents and caregivers to connect and share in the excitement of watching the little tots explore and grow!

There will be no gymnastics today, Thursday 9th May, for our 5.30pm and 6.30pm classes due to the Sandyford 5k run. Members in these classes will have received an email to arrange a make up class.
