This beginner's gym programme is for Men, particularly those over 35 who want to return to fitness or increase their physical activity.

Running on Monday and Wednesday evenings at 8pm in Shannon Swimming & Leisure Centre starting 29th January.

Start your fitness journey with a qualified tutor in a fun and supportive group environment.

Starting on Friday, January 19th in Shannon Swimming & Leisure Centre astroturf.

This low-impact, fun activity is aimed at adults aged 50 and above.

Costing just €5 to attend. All equipment provided, balls & Bis etc.

Just wear comfortable clothing and runners/trainers.

So today our 11’s &12’s finished off there season with a bit of team bonding & a bit of crack paint balling & some lovely home made pizza at the end tks to Sarah who took the time to make the pizza from scratch also tks to @ Clare paint balling for the enjoyable day.

we were the better team 1st half with Calvin been very strong in midfield letting no-one get passed him sending the ball forward all the time with us getting a corner and leo putting in a great ball Patrick hitting it into goal within minutes Calvin passing the ball to leo and him beating the keeper to get another for us with half time coming Calvin sent a long ball to Leon who hit the net for the third goal after half time croom were very strong and kept closing us down every time we went forward they had to many chances with cillan pulling off some cracking saves croom got a free kick which ended up with them getting a good goal still keeping on us they got their second both team were playing some great football and it was our way today with the 3-2 win cmon the hibs ❤️🖤.. Man of the Match was TJ with his brilliant Defending and Workrate. Well done to all players and Management Today ❤️🖤.

Saturday all roads lead to Riverside.. our u13s quest continues when we play Hosts to Croom utd in the next Round of the National Trophy .. kick off is at 1.30 pm.. So if you're out and about come down and give the Hibs a shout.❤️🖤

Huge congratulations to our U13's and coach Stephen Kelly for winning the U13s shield final. They played one of their best team performances of the season, from start to finish. Calvin Kelly captained the team today and was a positive influence for his team. Goalkeeper Cillian Lundy didn't have much to do today thanks to our defence playing very compact with energy, competing for everything. The midfield and forwards linked up brilliantly with lovely passing.

All the hard work Steven Kelly has put in training with these lads was on display today and has really been taking shape for the last number of games. His effort and commitment to every single one of the players he coaches deserves huge respect. 👏

Goals today were scored by Adam Mc Quillan, Leo Loareti, Danny Whims and Rocky Harty.

There was no single man of the match today instead the three standout players were Oisin Lee, Leon Kelly and Leo Loareti for their never say die attitude and leaving it all on the pitch. 💪

A special mention to James McCarthy who coached the team at the start of the season and entered this team, who were, at time, only under 11s and 12s, into this U13s division, to give them the experience of playing on the full pitch, well done James thank you.

Thanks to all the coaches, club representatives and parents for their time and support. These boys have a wonderful memory thanks to you.
