I wanted to high list how awesome Ashley had done already
βοΈ Positivity through the roof
βοΈ if I say anything sheβs done it in seconds
βοΈ turns up everyday
π₯ lost over 30lbs already π±
And in our 6 week kick start we lost well over 30lbs, weβre both now looking to 2023 for our final transformation photos
But as I said you start with 6 weeks to build momentum and confidence

Clareβs transformation to date is one of my favourites of all time
First photo was 2 months before we started together at her daughters 16th birthday 10 months later on her 17th here we are

π°ββοΈ is going to her other daughters wedding in 2/3 weeks and is in the best shape of her adult life
I remember the first phone call me and Clare had, I was literally fully sure she was not going to start, she had tried βeverythingβ and I might have used a few strong words here and there to convince her to start ππ

You gave up on your transformation because you didnβt do your maths right, or you listened to so π© in slimming world that scales weight made you a super hero in a tiny room full of people in pain who knew no different
YOUR ISSUE IS LONGEVITY NOT 1lb a week
50lbs a year = 0.96 lbs a week or 4.1 lbs a month
40lbs a year = 0.76 lbs a week or 3.33 lbs a month
30lbs a year = 0.57 lbs a week or 2.5lbs a month
Transformations happen in the process of the time given
Losing 2lbs a week for 8 weeks
Is 16 lbs and then giving up on week 9 to week 19 and putting on 17 lbs means 20 weeks time

What makes any coaching program or gym or fitness class or transformation work?
See I want to share this with you because itβs funny
My top clients donβt work as hard as my clients with worse resultsβ¦..they just have never quit on themselves
If you only get 1% improvements everyday
In a year you would be 37.78 times better.
But if you only improve 1% a day for 90 days you would be 2.45 times better
See the difference
2.45 times vs 37.78
We all get busy
Life gets hard for all of us
But you just keep going because the compounding interest is your transformation
HOLD UP FOR 3 MINUTES
If you are looking to make changes
Maybe get a coach
Thereβs three things I want you to do before you message a coach or go on a 1-2-1 call
βοΈ know what you want from coaching write it down before you you even get told, and then express it
(You canβt go into a car dealer and say you want a car, then they offer you a Ferrari your like mhmmm I dunno maybe just a fiat would do)
βοΈ π° is legit a real part of the process
But at least give yourself a target budget
Would I be willing to spend β¬50 a week? Or β¬75 a week
(Think of it this way x3 pt sessions a week would be β¬120-β¬150 a week )
βοΈ What happens if you look for information and you just sit on it, absolutely f**k all!!!!
Because thoughts never created anythingβ¦. Action leads to results
Most people in 2021 who messaged a coach without this or didnβt take action are in a worse position in 2022 even though they tried to find a solution months agoβ¦.

Ciara is a legend, she was in the top 3 race for 2021 transformation of 2021 for us last year and was actually so so so hard to not pick her as you can tell from the photos
I want to take this time to say something about Ciara for other people,
She literally just did the small things we asked her to do every week ππ
Like every week, even if there was social events or down days she just picked it back up and thatβs what transformations require just turning up every week
The other biggest factor of transformations that I have held for 10 years
The most positive people the nicest people the people who always want to move forward ALWAYS GET THERE

Please understand that you have joined gyms before, you have bought supplements you have done xyz
And the outcome has ALWAYS BEEN THE SAME
At a certain point you gave up failed and stopped gave up called it quits waited for s better time that never will arrive
What ever you want to call it
Now here is the thing if you keep doing the same things you will still fail in 2022
My advice in this is work with s coach or mentor who is working more on your mentality and growth as a person who allows you to evolve into your fitness and nutrition systems
Someone you are accountable to around your goals and failures only the. Will this year be different
French toast π«π· in πͺπΈ hits different π
Anyway, if your there thinking your big boring bowl of porridge is vital for your weight loss itβs not
Or that having or skipping breakfast holds some kinda of secret to fat loss due to fasting fairyβs going into your body and magically f**k it away it doesnβt
You can have French toast and pancakes and BLTβs and English muffins with chicken sausages π»π»
But the true lesson is once you get a system that allows you have these kinds foods, you probably wonβt restrict yourself or having the boring healthy foods you keep βcheatingβ on or breaking away from :)
Food is meant to be amazing if itβs not your doing it wrong

Stop forgetting that food is meant to actually be satisfying and nice
The biggest issue I see is people doing diets and detoxβs
Your losing sight on a huge factor which is building a nutritional system that will do
1: allow you train well (gives you energy)
2: either allow you to be in a deficit to lose fat or maintenance to stay the same or a slight surplus optimise muscle gain
These nutritional systems and foods should be the same regardless of a deficit or surplus for about 80% of all your meals
so if your a person who loves coffee plan it in
Love a good custard cream at night plan it in
Because once you plan it in you keep the little happiness in your life while smashing towards your goals for managing your other meals.

there was more than a lot thrown at Aoife to overcome which Iβm proud of her for doing between π¦ and family passing, I have always been so amazed at how focused resilient she was
The measurement drops where insane, lean muscle gain was immense overall it was exactly where it had to be π₯

For real though, went into a bakery today in Spain πͺπΈ to grab fresh bread and went hilarious that looks like a jammy dodger
So I bought the happy fellow

What did I do I put in a jammy dodger and enjoyed my little moment of happiness
See life is all about moments of happiness, whiskey with your dad, breakfast with your family, dinner with your wife

Overall you can see such a massive change in the photos but whatβs most important is the ability to build around a busy work and family life even when it was tough.

I am going to tell you a giant secret
The only reason people fail at fitness is they think itβs a short term thing to obtain
Itβs a life long thingβ¦..
The mission is to find a level of consistency and then after weeks of that consistency add another layer of complexity
To often you will hit JANUARY or a new Monday or just get sick of it and try starting again the issue being
You went from zero to 100 and you eventually will break go from 0 to 10, 10 to 20 then 20 to 30
Thereβs your magic pills be consistent π
Life is a waste of time, and time is a waste of life, get wasted all the time and youβll have the time of your life

Anyway for real this December I had two drinks
One with my dad π₯ on Christmas Day
And today πΊ before we get on our flight.
I made a mistake this Christmasβ¦. We where planning to go away 4/5 days earlier and I kinda said noβ¦ I chickened out and went f**k it.
Last night at 11pm we decided to go because if you always live life in fear of something going wrong your dying a million deaths in your mind everyday
Your brains powerful
It wants to protect you but itβs also like a over controlling partner it will stop you living your life and being the best version of you.

But the biggest story is this:
I actually coached Karen YEARS before in personβ¦.. and we got very little out of it compared to what we did this year with the way I do coaching now!!!

The reason being, back then I was training people really fu***ng well but just training them! With coaching youβre looking after the person in all aspects not just the 30/60 mins in the gym but the 24hours a day 7 days a week.
And you see years later Karen comes back to me for coaching and not βtrainingβ which changes everything!
We need to understand the mindset around having a coach and having a personal trainer are not the same!
Going to classes/gym is not the same!
Coaching is about everything: nutrition Knowledge, education, structures and much moreβ¦Things that you donβt get from βjust trainingβ

Overall the transformation is spectacular but the interpersonal changes, the focus and the vision for 2022 will be even better!
