Hi guys it’s with a heavy heart I’ve come to the decision to close the Salon for a bit 💔a few months ago I took on a second job and didn’t expect to absolutely love it, I’m working with the most amazing people and the opportunities that keep coming my way are just too good to walk away from, And it’s unfair to neglect my own wee business. Anyone who has a voucher can contact me when they are ready to redeem them and I will sort your appointments. I’m sorry it has come to this but due to so many no Shows and late cancellations I’m going to have to put a policy in place going forward. No shows not only take up a slot that someone else was waiting for but it also wastes my time and money (electric, car park, Diesel etc) and it’s impossible to keep running a business when this is the case…. Hey everyone it was so great to be back today and getting some time with my lovely clients. I hate to nag but I just want to remind people that I understand cancellations happen and things come up and that’s absolutely no problem at all I’ve had to reschedule people enough times myself but No Shows are just a completely different thing. I’m afraid I won’t be able to take an Appointment from someone who has been a no show in the past as this is costing me a lot of lost time and money, thank you all for understanding.
