🚀 Exciting news! Last week, we kicked off the Arctic Edge project: "Supply Chain Integration for Interoperability & Enhanced Resilience of SMEs in Remote Regions." 🌍

With a team of 20 people from 14 organisations across Ireland, Finland, Sweden, Greenland and Iceland, we're ready to strengthen supply chain operations across the NPA region. 💡

Our goal is to revolutionise rural manufacturing SMEs by implementing cloud-based, IoT, and MQTT technology-driven solutions, enhancing efficiency, resilience, and adaptability.

What a fantastic two days welcoming innovation centre leaders from the West and North-West region to the AIM Centre, Sligo.

We had plenty of insightful discussions, beginning with an inspiring video message from MEP Maria Walsh on our region’s role in the EU, a deep dive into regional strategies by Northern and Western Regional Assembly Economist John Daly, followed by Kingsley Aikins' powerful workshop on networking. We wrapped up with an exciting team-building activity that put our collaboration skills to the test!

A huge thank you to Karen Howley for facilitating the two-day workshop and to everyone who joined us, it was a pleasure to welcome you all.

Sparks flew at the AIM Centre's VEX Robotics Workshop yesterday! ⚙️

Excited young minds got stuck-in building and testing robots before competing in a friendly Treasure Hunt Competition. It was inspiring to see their creativity and problem-solving skills on display. 💡
