▪️In salon we do appreciate 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel, we always try our best to accommodate clients where and when we can

▪️Late cancellations on the day must pay a cancellation fee before another appointment is given , both online and in salon

▪️𝐍𝐨 -𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐰𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞, they will be charged the full treatment price through our booking system.

Sadly as a team we have made the decision to not attend this years awards. The main thing for brow lamination is keeping them dry in the first 24 hours, avoid steam, hot showers and splashing water on your brows!

This includes things like sweat, heavy skincare that can cause overproduction of oil in your skin, steam and fake tan.

Aftercare is so important to maintaining your brows, your brow tech can only do so much of the work! 🤍 This is why we recommend Brow Gold Nourishing Growth Oil, to nourish and maintain healthy brow hair in between your lamination appointments.
