We love to make our organic cold pressed juices but we are out of bottles… we have been improvising with upcycled jars the last little while but these have been going too fast for us to keep up.
The price of glass has gone up 30% since we last ordered. So we are hoping to get back some of the bottles that maybe floating around our there!
Don’t worry if you have lost the lids, we have spares.

Shop online at www.cultzero.ie before Wednesday 9:30am and we will pack your order in to reusable bags (or paper if you would prefer) for collection in Kilcock Library.

There will be a returnable deposit for the bags payable to Tidy Towns Kilcock in cash on the night.
BreaDelicious organic sourdough is available to order now too along with a selection of organic fruit and veg.

Sometimes things workout…. The universe lines it all up…..
We took our morning tea to Dublin in tumblers not our usual cups - not sure why.
Our plan for food was thwarted when the place was closed 😥
But…. .ie was on the way home (kinda) and had plant based milkshakes on the menu 🌱💚 result!
I don’t get drinks out if they are in disposables so this was exciting!
The cups are insulated so we got them the 1 hour drive home still frozen for the teenagers - I only had a little sip…

Bringing bags / containers / jars / tubs can take a bit of forethought but becomes a habit quick enough when the feel goods kick in 💚 and the cents add up.

The candles are in little apothecary tins and the packaging is all matte paper and card.
The scents are all very masculine and would make lovely gifts 🎁

Every year I try and come up with a way to not have to give out plastics wrapped s!@?e at the door.
We did paper bags of jellies again but for the fun made these too and given the choice most kids have gone for the satsumas?! Yay!!
We could end up with a garden littered in them tomorrow but at least they will biodegrade 😅🌿
With in town it’s reminding us what this time of year is really about and allowing us drop the imported commercialisation of it.

We couldn’t help but feel inspired by the season 🍁
With this weekend we - along with most other shops in town - are going to be open on Sunday and Monday 11-4pm.

I feel I read an article to the same effect 15 or more years ago. It’s hard to believe people are ok that these chemicals are still being used on the land, dosed all over the food poured in to water ways and then surprised by the consequences...
Creating our Arks, no matter how tiny (mine is only a few meters sq as I live in the town) matters 🌱

🌸Self Care🌸

Something that comes up a lot in the shop is the importance of looking after ourselves.
We get glimpses into how different that looks for people from the many amazing practitioners of varying disciplines that we have the joy to meet.
Also how it also changes depending on where people are at from those that visit us and share their journeys.
It can be physical or emotional. Practical or fun. Solitary or communal.
Making food, exercise, being creative….

Prioritising part of your day to invest in what makes you feel good can be hard (almost impossible) for some of us 🙋🏻‍♀️ it goes against all the conditioning.
Maybe that’s where the ritual aspect comes in and why for some it is easier in a group?
The wise and generous people I like to think of as my tribe, many of whom I met at C:Z, say letting go of any guilt and being ‘selfish’ (do we need to reclaim this word and amend the negative connotations associated with it?) Is ok. More than ok. Vital 💟
Changing our thought patterns is uncomfortable but when you surround yourself with people that encourage you, lift you up, inspire positive change it’s impossible not to 🌻

We have been trialling juicing the last few weeks.
