A short video on why it is so important to our hormonal health that we press ahead for gender equality. Some dreadful examples of ignorance and chauvinism shown to @ursulavonderleyen recently that had to pointed out by @emmanuelmacron . Interesting that only @emmanuelmacron pointed it out. What was the other male doing by remaining silent. I would like to see the @europeancommission and @michealmartintd highlighting that this is no longer tolerable and totally unfair to girls and women in our society #empoweringwomen #chauvinism #genderequality

Gender violence has to stop. The reason there has been such a visceral reaction about Ashling Murphy’s death is that women are tired of the lip service and want action. I have been aware of the negative effect of Gender inequality on women’s Hormonal Health for years which is why I have being trying to educate society and empower women. Empowering women in menopause
Empowering women in menopause and all areas of women’s life’s, and at all stages. We need to empowering girl and ask what are we not doing in society that they are not empowered. We need to have a proper justice for our women in Courts in domestic abuse and rape and we also need to educate women on heart disease and osteoporosis post menopause. Launching podcast
I am launching my Empowering series of podcasts for the month of October for Menopause on RSVP Magazine live and later all other platforms including my website drmaryryan.com. I have interviewed Professor Rhona O Mahony, @mysecondspring and @emmaherne, sexologist @empowersme @marialuceyrd_dietitian who gave amazing dietary tips for menopause and Lorraine Keane.
