Whelks feast, part 2… Apologies in advance to our Korean friends we keep on teasing with this popular home delicacy… ( we ll keep pushing our supplier to send us a box on time for Nationwide courier delivery)
Bigger whelks are a bit of a mouthful… and best cut up in smaller pieces and cooked again. We mixed them tonight with gochujang, and stir fried them with Black Fungus, chilli, Garlic, & sesame seeds.. 🤤
