In celebration of the Olympic Games coming underway, we here at Snap Fitness Waterford are hosting our very own Snap Games for our members!
The Snap Games will be held for the duration of the Olympics with games changing each week 🏅

How to fit in gym around Ramadan
This holy month should be for you to connect with your faith but of course many of us depend on training for our mental well-being too
Everyone’s gym schedule will vary based on priorities but it’s important to still be eating nutritiously and staying hydrated when we can & avoid binge eating ‼️
Tips for training during Ramadan
✅ At Suhoor & Iftar drink plenty of water and take your daily vitamins
✅ Avoid oily food
✅ Cut your workouts down to 20-30min
✅ Stick to 4 exercises
✅ Reduce the amount of days you go to the gym
✅ Train after Iftar ( Prioritise your prayer & time with family)
✅ Training at Iftar (Living alone & can prioritise prayer)

Ingredients:
- 200g self-raising flour
- 100g light brown sugar
- 50g oats
- 1 tsp bicarbonate soda
- 2 ripe bananas
- 285ml milk
- 4 tbsp oil
- 2 eggs
- 150g blueberries
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
Heat the oven to 180° fan and bake for 18-20 minutes.
