Game Catch doubles his score with flying finish Division one of the Guinness Handicap Hurdle at Listowel saw a dramatic finish with favourite Game Catch getting up late to score under trainer/rider Paul Power.

We are hiring!
Looking for someone to help out 6 mornings a week (Saturdays are alway easy days) riding out and doing general yard duties. There will be a lot of opportunities to ride work and school if desired.

A yard person to do the general yard duties, while we ride out.
Both positions will require that you go racing.

A great day for Kilronan Stables when Empire Burleque won the bumper today at Fairyhouse for Gordon Elliot and Gigginstown! Broken and trained here at Kilronan Stables by Paul Power Empire Burleque won first time out at Ballindenisk point to point. A very exciting prospect!

Delighted to see Fintara win the bumper at Punchestown today, trained by Jessica Harrington. She's also a great jumper so first of many!! Broken here at Kilronan Stables 😊

Here at Kilronan Stables we work hard and have great facilities that cater to training, breaking, pre-training, sales and sales preparation, stand ins and horsey holidays.

A family operation with a lot of hard work and TLC we love to take in the youngsters and shape them into future race horses. We love to tend to the injured. And we love to just plain spoil horses while on there holidays.

Not to mention 2016 being our most successful year so far with horse trade, point to point and racecourse starts. Every horse that we have sold has won for new connections and between the track and points we have saddled 42 horses winning 6, finishing 2nd 8 times and finishing 3rd 7 and we hope to keep the ball rolling for 2017!
