EARLY MORNING CLASS

6.15am Classes on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Each morning different aspects of fitness is targeted.

Wednesday: Bootcamp
Friday: Conditioning and Core

This Includes exercise programming, nutrition advice, lifestyle consultation and of course one to one training personalised to your level of fitness and what you want to achieve.

Also I will be starting a Ladies Only Bootcamp starting on January 14th. This is a 8week programme and includes 3 classes per week along with nutrition guide and all progress will be tracked. All fitness levels welcome. Limited to 10places so book early to avoid missing out.

**Mind and Body**

For everyone the reason why we exercise can be different but we all would have a goal or target we are aiming to achieve! What’s stopping you from starting? A lot is to do with our headspace. Telling ourselves “I can’t do that” or “it’s too hard” which leads to creating the negative mentality towards you exercising. Changing our mindset from “I can’t do” to “I’ll try that” or “that was tough but I did it”. The most buzz we get as coaches is seeing you, the client, accomplish the different goals we set you. Start small and progress to bigger goals. The mind is one of the most powerful muscles that we can train and often we neglect it. Exercise should play a major role in positive mental health where possible. Positive mindset will lead to a healthier and happier you.
