TOY SHOW SPECIAL - as part of our Christmas workshops, we are running a special class on Friday 24th November for all those who want to get ready for the Toy Show. Come and decorate your own Christmas Cupcakes, Gingerbread Men and Belgian Hot Chocolate Bomb. All in a seasonal Christmas Presentation Box. 2 Sessions

After a very busy summer of camps and workshops, Kater4Kidz students had a great afternoon at the Supermac's & Papa John's Barronstrand Street Barronstrand street attending a Make and Bake Pizza Workshop. Fantastic pizzas produced and great fun had by all. Thanks to Niamh and her team.

We are BACK. Applications now open for 2022\2023. Junior cookery clasees (5 to 12 years) Wednesday 4.00pm to 6.00pm, Saturday 10.00am to 12.00pm and 1.00pm to 3.00pm, cost €180 for 10 weeks. Advanced classes (12 to 16 years) Saturday 1.00pm to 3.30pm, cost €250 for 10 weeks.

Class size is limited and due to returning students we only have a small number of spaces available. Therefore, new places will be allocated on a first come basis on receipt of payment.

A HUGE CONGRATULATIONS to Alana Norris who attends out Saturday moring classes. Alana entered the West Waterford Festival of Food Competition and came first in the under 12's section. It was a cupcake competition with the theme ' Homegrown Tastes Better' and as well as her own fantastic imagination and skill, Alana used some ideas from our Easter Showstopper Cake workshop. Alot of patience and work went into the detail in all the fondant decorations - Alana, you should be so proud of yourself!!!! Well Done.

Fantastic work in Scoil Phádraig Naofa, Mountmellick this year with a whole school approach and family engagement to developing and improving cooking skills.

The years work is culminating in a 'FEASTival' next week so if you are in the area drop by from 5.00pm to 9.00pm.

Huge credit to the teachers and staff for all their efforts in organising and facilitating the workshops.

Great News! After yesterdays anonuncement we are delighted to let you know that we will be re-opening our weekly classes. Provisional date of mid October, with classes on Wednesday afternoons (ages 5 to 12) and Saturdays (ages 5 to 12 morning, 12+, afternoon).

We are limited on the number of children we can take in.
