*** Christmas Trading Details ***

Just a quick update on our trading days and hours for Christmas week, the countdown is well and truly on!

We will be trading at the Enniscorthy Farmers Market on Thursday, 22nd December from 9am - 2pm, operating on a first come, first served basis.

Our Click & Collect Shop for the 24th December is now open. Order your fresh bread and sweet treats now and pick them up on Christmas Eve morning in Clonard Church between 9.30am - 11.30am. Our Coffee Trailer will be there on the morning too so you can enjoy a hot drink!

We will be taking a break over Christmas to spend time with our nearest and dearest and will be back in action with stock on shelves on Thursday 12th January so this is the perfect opportunity to stock up to get you through all the Turkey sambos!

Beautiful morning in Clonard, we are fully stocked with all the usual yummy treats!

It's a day for ducks but we won't let the weather get the better of us.

We are open in Clonard from 8.30am till 2pm and have lots of our freshly baked sourdough breads, baguettes and focaccia along with Cinnamon Buns, Pasteis de Nata, Caramel Squares........not to mention Imbibe Coffee.

It's almost Friday again and we will be back in Church of the Annunciation - Clonard Parish tomorrow with our freshly baked sourdough and a selection of buns and pastries to go with your tea and coffee.

Everything around us seems to be soaring in price so we want to take a few measures to help our customers out.

Did you know we give a discount of €0.20 cent if you bring your own keep cup?

Over the last few weeks we have been giving away our Organic Cotton Totes and starting this week we will give a €0.20 cent discount on every loaf of bread if you bring your own reusable bag.

We have an exciting change to our schedule this week!

We will be in Clonard Church on Friday morning from 9am with all of our weekend goodies including speciality Coffee, Cinnamon Buns, Pasteis de Nata, Chunky Peanut Butter Slices, Madeleines, Canales and our delicious Sourdough Focaccia which is topped with Pesto & Parmesan and is perfect for lunch!

We are very excited to be doing a talk on Sourdough this Saturday at the Enniscorthy Rockin' Food and Fruit Festival

If you're interested in Sourdough and want to learn more than come along for an insight into the Sourdough process and how to make your own at home.

We will also be there on Sunday 31st serving delicious coffee near the Funfair so drop by and say hi!

The position:
- Varied role across a number of different areas of the bakery including but not restricted to packing, order reconciliation, delivering and merchandising wholesale orders
- Flexible hours across Thursday, Friday & Saturday
- Early mornings but no night shifts

What we're looking for:
- Trustworthy, Reliable & Energetic candidate
- Full clean drivers licence
- Keen interest in sourdough, pastry & coffee
- Experience making coffee a bonus

Covid finally got the better of us.

We are so sorry but we have to close the bakery this weekend and next week - we will be back in action after that.

We were absolutely blown away with the response we received today after announcing last night that we would be donating all profits from the sale of bread Enniscorthy Farmers Market today directly to the Ukraine Defence Forces.

I posted a link to donate in my profile hoping that people would get involved however I never expected people to donate directly to me today - we were blown away by your generosity.

With the profits from the bread and your very generous donations we raised €489.50. In addition to this, we were incredibly blessed to receive a call from an anonymous donor who promised to donate double what we raised so we're delighted to say that €1468.50 is being sent directly to the Ukraine this weekend.

It's amazing what you can do with 3 ingredients
