This year I have set an achievable challenge to cycle 5200 km Over 52 weeks in aid of Irish Motor Neurone Disease Association. I call it . Its a minimum distance, I may get further. I don't want to set something up that will do me more harm than good mentally.
But where am I going?
Booked events so far will be Cliffs of Moher Cycle Challenge 125km, Tour de Conamara 140km, Ring of Clare Cycle 160km , Reservoir Cogs 60km and Tour De Beara 160km. Mondello24 Cycle is on my radar as is My Name'5 Doddie Foundation Cycle around Wales. I'll also incorporate in this challenge too just for the craic and throw in a big Hike in the middle just to work the hips.
All of this is to remember Sinéad, promote awareness and Irish Motor Neurone Disease Association and hopefully raise some money in the process. I'll kick off this year long fundraiser in a few weeks and there might be a few prizes thrown in there too. I'll be proudly wearing the Spin11- Custom ProWear For You Irish Motor Neurone Disease Jersey which is going on sale later today. Anyone is welcome to join me... Oh the most I have cycled is 120km 🤪 so you wont be the only one suffering.

I'm looking 3 or 7 cyclists to take part in team of 4 or a team of 8 24 hr cycle on June 18th-19th at Mondello24 CycleMondello24 Cycle. There is an entry fee to be split between cyclists and we can raise money for Irish Motor Neurone Disease Association
