BEACH YOGA TOMORROW - SATURDAY 8:30AM
It's looking like we could have a beautiful, sunny morning tomorrow. Everyone is welcome, even if you're a total newbie to yoga. It's totally beginner-safe.
Classes are donation-based and 100% of the proceeds in June are going to the Palestine Children's Relief Fund. If you'd like to come along - book your spot here: https://www.serenalou.com/beach-yoga . Bring along a yoga mat or a towel to practice on.
I look forward to seeing some of you in the morning.

Fantastic idea! đŽđŞđľđ¸đ§ââď¸
Who's up for some beach yoga this summer?
I'm running a donation-based class every Saturday morning on Baginbun beach. All proceeds in June will go to the Palestine Children's Relief Fund.
As you may know the situation over the past 8 months in Gaza has been dire and I wanted to do something to help contribute towards food, water, and medical support for children and families in Gaza.
So please come join us for a gentle flow session on the beach. It is totally beginner-friendly. All you need to bring is your mat. Full details here: https://www.serenalou.com/beach-yoga .
Link to donate to the Gaza fundraiser is here: https://gofund.me/ebfc4f3b. There's no set amount, anything at all you can afford to give.
Thank you so much in advance and I hope to see you on the beach soon :)

This is a new short interview series called âSpotlightâ.
From fitness enthusiasts to innovative entrepreneurs to creative artists, in each episode, I speak with people from various backgrounds to highlight what they are most passionate about.
In this episode, I met with Shonagh Lyons, a radio presenter who co-hosts Beat Breakfast on Beat 102-103, the biggest radio station in the south-east of Ireland.
Shonaghâs journey started with a love of drama. She was part of many drama productions as a child in her home town of Wexford but later went on to study drama at DIT in Rathmines, Dublin.
Soon after completing her studies, she landed a job as a presenter on the RTE kids show Sattitude which kick-started her presenting career.
After returning to live in Wexford, she spotted an opportunity in radio and decided to study the broadcast course which was run by Beat and WLR and soon after was given the chance to start with Beat. She then set her sights on presenting the Breakfast Show at Beat and the rest is history as they say.
Shonaghâs drive, hard-working attitude and gratitude for what she has is truly inspiring. She is living proof that knowing what you want and putting the work in pays off.
I enjoyed this chat with Shonagh and I hope you do too.
Enjoy!

From fitness enthusiasts to innovative entrepreneurs to creative artists, in each episode, I speak with people from various backgrounds to highlight what they are most passionate about.
In this episode, I met with Graham Doyle, outdoor enthusiast and owner of The Irish Experience, an adventure eco-tourism business located in Fethard On Sea in Co. Wexford, Ireland.
Graham has had a passion for the outdoors his entire life and has worked in the adventure tourism industry in various locations worldwide including New Zealand, Australia, America and the UK.
These experiences further stimulated his passion for a career in the outdoors. Having completed a Management Degree in Adventure Tourism at UHI Fort Willam, Scotland and from Tralee I.T. in the beautiful Co Kerry. in 2016 Graham then launched The Irish Experience.
Grahamâs energy, positivity and can-do attitude is infectious and I really enjoyed this chat with him.

đź Hey everyone!
April's here, and hereâs the details of the weekly yoga classes this month. New to yoga? Youâre in the right place. These classes are suitable for all levels whether youâre a total beginner or more experienced. đ§ââď¸đ§
During our slow flow vinyasa class, weâll work on the whole body, strengthening, balancing and flexibility, whilst getting plenty of time to get in and out of poses and totally relax towards the end.
Chair yoga can provide extra support for the body during movements but youâll get all the benefits of the mat based practice.
Yin yoga slows everything down focusing on a deep stretch of the body and delving down deep into the connective tissues. Find your edge in each pose, then take a few minutes to meditate in each one.
If you have any questions, give me a shout on 0830723519 or [email protected].
Hope to see you on your mat (or chair) soon! đ§ââď¸đ đźâ¨

From fitness enthusiasts to innovative entrepreneurs to creative artists, in each episode, I speak with people from various backgrounds to highlight what they are most passionate about.
In this episode, I meet with Helen Mason Art, an artist based in Co. Wexford, Ireland.

Helen is a self-taught artist. She began her artistic journey in her 40s when she took part in a community art class at Ramsgrange School in Wexford.
Since then her talent and career have gone from strength to strength. Her paintings have been displayed in galleries such as the Cockleshell, Green Acres, the Wexford Arts Centre and St Michaelâs Theatre in New Ross as well as being held in private collections around the world.
I really enjoyed catching up with Helen and hearing her story.
Enjoy this short interview with Helen.

Earlier this year we were asked to film Sonia OâSullivanâs visit and talk to a group of primary schools in Cobh as part of The Daily Mile Initiative.
On a side note, a big congrats to her daughter Sophie OâSullivan who recently won gold at the European U23 Championships in Finland, the first-ever gold secured by an Irish athlete at these championships.

An eventful day spent filming in Tullamore with Athletics Ireland last week.
This video is another from the Women in Sport Series for Badminton Ireland, with this one focused on the story of an umpire.
Again if youâre looking to get more people involved in your sport, hearing from not just the athletes, but umpires, referees, coaches, etc. can inspire the next generation to see how they can get involved in different areas of your sports organisation.
If youâre looking to share the story of the people behind your sport, donât hesitate to get in touch with us through the links below - or simply by DMâing us here.
Look forward to chatting with you.

Here's a really great and fun way to get to know athletes - a rapid fire questions video. This is one we shot and edited at the end of last year.
It engages and connects with an audience, brings energy whilst keeping things light-hearted, and is simple in it's set-up on screen (after the set up of multiple cameras, lights, and mic's of course).
We have a few other examples up on our website www.keithnolanfilms.com if you're interested in seeing more of them.
You can get in touch with us for a chat at [email protected] too.
We will be posting some of our past work over the next few weeks.
First up is work we did for New Era, a health and fitness based company, based in Dublin. They provide people with accessible credible science-based information related to all things training, nutrition and health.
They wanted to capture the experience of one of their long-term members Kevin and the most success he has gotten since joining New Era.
Testimonial videos allow your potential clients to see other people talk about your products or service, giving an unscripted and honest opinion. It helps give your brand the credibility it should have when it comes to your target audience.
The 3rd episode of the Club & Country Series we filmed with Athletics Ireland featuring athlete Mark Smyth delving into his athletics journey to date, importance of athletes building each other up in the sport and what lies ahead for him.
These videos really provide a valuable insight into the athlete behind the sport, giving people that deeper connection and understanding of the sport and the athlete behind it.
