When you choose to stay small
You forget your place in this world
And the level of impact you have the capacity to create by just being you.
Choosing to keep yourself from your expansion and growth.
( Which is without the interference, is just inevitable).
When inspiration strikes and there is an inner pulse for creativity but you let overthinking, judgements, procrastination win…
YOU ARE CHOOSING TO KEEP YOUR LIGHT OFF FOR ANOTHER DAY.
If you keep on choosing these same patterns
there is:
No room for change
No room for growth
No room for YOUR LIGHT
And another day comes and goes, and all remains the same…
TURN THE LIGHT ON ❤️🔥

Surprise yourself
Release control and share!
Share from that inner well
that point of source magic you are
the connections and inspiration you can bring to this earth are next level!
In a world that can be at times so dark, choosing to spread your light is an act of humbleness and love.
Remember your being is ABUNDANT
Your capacity to be light is ABUNDANT
CREATIVITY IS EVER FLOWING
There is room for us all
there is room for more
But more than this…

This year my biggest breakthrough was accepting rest and just being, as productive and healing for my body, heart, mind and soul! And applying it!
I had known of these simple remedies for ages. I am pretty sure its our natural setting, before the layers of conditioning are applied. 😂
But seriously…in moments of pain and uncertainty, in moments of sorrow and confusion, in moments of chaos and for sure in beauty & ecstasy- resting & being were key in my transformation, growth and re-alignment of self 🙏🏽
In Rest I found the deepest medicine and so much space to restore and rebalance my energy.
Especially to process what needed attention and acknowledgement.
Through being I found connection and relaxation. Suddenly there is clarity in our essence, in truth, in love. Suddenly I feel super productive and at ease.
So remember to create space for-Resting & Being-
Especially when you feel down, lacking in vital energy, feeling unproductive, burned out, feeling sad & maybe even overwhelmed.
Trust in that simple medicine- Your body, mind, heart & soul- Will Thank You!
Transformation happens in the Un-doing.
