בית פרטי קיים שעבר שיפוץ לצורך חלוקה מחודשת לשימוש שתי משפחות ושיפור הנראות של הבניין.

הפרויקט הינו שלוש קומות של בנייה קרקעית המשמשת לצורך שתי משפחות.
מציע חזית מודרנית מינמלית חדשה תוך כדי שימוש בחומרים עכשיוים.
מציע הפרדה והדגשה כניסות ראשיות לשתי הדירות השונות תוך כדי שמירה על פרטיות.

תק"יה – التقيه -Takia

Winner of the Abba Elhanani Award for Architecture and Israeli Identity - 2018.

The project was carried out as part of Studio Architecture [Pro] - active under the direction of Prof. Gabi Schwartz, Dr. Patina Avrik-Zabidat and Dr. Ronen Ben-Arieh.
The project began with the identification and development of a response to the needs of women and young women in civil society. Druze society ranges from the desire to maintain identity and determination versus movement and change, and thus the issue the project deals with is the integration of Druze society in cities.
The Druze society, which is constantly undergoing social, occupational development and modernization, does not experience the city broadly. The project examines the way in which a city can include this population and integrate it while preserving its customs and values. And offers an urban living space in the city of Haifa as an intermediate stage for the urban transition, through an in-depth study of the society's values, culture, and customs

זוכה בציון לשבח בפרס אבא אלחנני לאדריכלות וזהות ישראלית – 2018 .
בהנחיית : פרופ”ח אדר’ גבי שורץ, אדר’ פאתינה אבריק זבידאת, ד”ר אדר’ רונן בן אריה

הפרויקט נעשה במסגרת סטודיו ארכיטקטורה [פרו]- אקטיבית בהנחיתם של פרופ"ח גבי שוורץ, אדר' פאתינה אבריק-זבידאת ודר' רונן בן-אריה.
פרויקט הגמר התחיל בזיהוי ופיתוח מענה לצרכי נשים וצעירות דורזיות בחברה האזרחית. החברה הדרוזית נעה בין הרצון לשמור על הזיהות וההיקבעות לעומת התנועה והשינו, ובכך הנושא שבו עוסק הפרויקט הינו השתלבות החברה הדרוזית בערים.
החברה הדרוזית שעוברת התפתחות חברתית, תעסוקתית ומודרניזציה באופן מתמיד, אינה חווה את העיר בצורה רחבה. הפרויקט בוחן את הדרך שבה עיר תוכל לכלול בתוכה אוכלוסייה זאת ולשלב אותה תוך כדי שימור מנהגיה וערכיה. ומציע מרחב מגורים עירוני בעיר חיפה כשלב ביניים למעבר העירוני, דרך לימידה מעמיקה של ערכי החברה תרבותה, ומנהגיה.

تعرفوا على سارة نزيه خير عباس المهندسة المعمارية הנדסת ארכיטקטורה الأولى في أبوسنان ومن الأوائل في المجتمع الدرزي عامة

سارة نزيه خير عباس هي من أوائل النساء الحاصلة على شهادة الهندسة المعماريةהנדסת ארכיטקטורה في أبوسنان ومن الأوائل في المجتمع الدرزي بشكل عام وذلك بعد اجتيازها امتحان الدولة بتفوق وامتياز علامة 96.
يذكر ان المهندسة المعمارية سارة نجحت في امتحان الترخيص لمزوالة المهنة بعد اجتيازها امتحان الدولة وبعد انهائها الدورة التي لا تقل عن 8 سنوات ، حيث تتكون من خمس سنوات من الدراسة للحصول على درجة أكاديمية و تدريب لمدة ثلاث سنوات.

ويفيد مراسلنا ان المهندس المعماري المرخص يمتلك خيارات تخطيط غير محدودة مثل تصميم الأبراج والأحياء والمباني العامة والتجارية وغيرها بالإضافة إلى المنازل الخاصة والمشاريع الصغيرة.

انهت سارة اللقب الأول بأمتياز وتفوق في عام 2017 في الهندسة المعمارية والتخطيط العمراني من معهد التخنيون حيفا وتمكنت في مسيرتها التعليمية من المشاركة والفوز بعدد من المسابقات في إسرائيل وحول العالم.

بعد التخرج وحتى يومنا هذا تعمل سارة في شركة معمارية كبيرة في حيفا ، وقد شاركت في مجموعة واسعة من المشاريع بشكل رئيسي مشاريع البناء السكنية ومشاريع الإخلاء. اكتسبت خبرة في قيادة قضية مشروع معماري وكذلك إدارة العديد من الأطراف المعنية ، وإثبات وضمان المعرفة الحديثة لمختلف القوانين التي تتغير باستمرار في صناعة البناء.

في عام 2020 ، أسست مكتبها الخاص Xarch studio الذي يتعامل مع مشاريع بمقاييس مختلفة ، ويقدم عملية تعليمية وتفكيرًا نظريًا ومتعمقًا ومبتكرًا وعمليًا.

Mystic camping

This project is a proposal for international competition .

The building highlights the uniqueness of the surrounding by a reflecting facade that sinks in the surroundings.
though the building is vast, it won't undermine the beauty of the surrounded nature.
The project offers a secluded camping shelter that combines between the worlds of human and nature.
It’s an artificial field of green environment and landscape topography where people interact day and night.
Inside you can find areas for relaxation, camping, eating, resting, and viewpoints where you can experience nature that feels celestial.

Top 50 visions of NOTREDAME

Cubic earth

Myvtan is full of a unique and breath taking natural environment, such as Lake Mývatn, Grjótagjá Cave , Hverfjall Volcano, volvanic lava fields, myvatn nature baths, hverir, lofthellir lava cave,storagja,namaskard hot spring, blue lake and different water falls. Each scene is uniquely different from the other.
All the sites are connected by main roads and natural walkways, those walkways besides roads they function also as hiking routes, marathons paths. My proposal suggests to emphasize one of these walkways by reserving it and connecting it to a new path which flow from the neighborhood next by. In the intersection of both paths the volcano museums exhibition hall rises.
The museum basically functions as three divided places;
the first one is the natural walk path which is reserved and it connects tourist directly with nature and myvtan wonders.
the second part is the public activates space such as the meeting rooms, the restaurants and so on. this section flow from the resident’s neighborhoods street and connects residents with tourist by a built space.
and the third part of the museum is the exhibition halls where the both roads meet. and this part of the museum connects us with nature and the built world.

Iceland is known for its natural wonders, my proposal suggests a broken façade of ground such as grass, wood, mirror that reflects the morning sky, the nights star and the northern lights. The building act like a new natural wonder and therefore is it’s an iconic tourist attraction.

The Notre-Dame scar

On the evening of 15 April 2019, the Notre-Dame cathedral caught fire and all the world observed with tears the distortion of its roof top. It’s a tragic and historic event that will remain in the history of France.
Following This unforgettable event, my proposal is a simple act of dialogue, that seeks to interevent between the space of the past and the contemporary architecture. in spite of the fact that, as architects we seek to build physical masses in order to rebuild the history. I suggest to maintain the memory all of us shared and convert it to an object that narrate the cathedral story.
By taking the basic structural shape of the cathedral to the top and refilling it with a solid reflective object. this mirror box, will look sky blue as if the cathedral never had a roof, at the same time reflecting the city of Paris and its people. herewith we preserve the vanished roof-top of the cathedral and convey the fire event and turn it into an experience inhabiting the past and the present at the same time.
The mirror box has a broken path from the inside floating above the aisle, transmitting the light of a brighter future while visiting the church. Alongside the path the memory of the event es**rt us as visitors from within. The path on the roof top reveals glances of cathedral’s interior space, and finally lead to an open terrace showing a different aspect of the lasting Paris.

Architect Sara Khair Abs - is an Israelis architect, attained her diploma in architecture and urban planning at the Technion – israel institute of technology, faculty of architecture and urbanism,Haifa. after receiving her degree in architecture in 2017 and receiving awards on her thesis, she continued her studies for the M.Arch. after working in practices in Israel, she founded Xarch studio in 2020.
